Data Protection Service

We will provide a Data Protection Officer for the provisions of the GDPR to help your organisation comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, which came into force on 25 May 2018.

We are registered with the ICO as the Data Protection Officer for a large number of organisations, and we are also registered as a Company.

We will make sure that;
 

• We comply as data protection officers, following all ICO guidance
• Are effective in our role of Data Protection Officer for your business, with years of experience and fellow membership of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and development

• We provide a staged approach to compliance, simplifying the process by providing business specific forms and policies
• We are able to provide monitoring and support with various documents, such as data sharing agreements, information audits and data protection impact assessments
• We will review privacy notice / policies and check procedures to ensure they cover all the rights individuals have and how subject access requests are handled
• We will review how you seek, record and manage consent and whether you need to make any changes, including deleting personal data
• We will make sure systems are in place to effectively detect, report and investigate breaches
